student beaten to death by Police!

His name is Samuel Chimezie Emeagwu, a student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi. Samuel  was allegedly beaten

to death by some officers of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS in Makurdi, Benue State on Monday May 16th.

According to reports, Samuel had misplaced his phone where he sat down with his other friends. When he called his number with another phone, it rang in another boy's pocket. Filled with rage, he seized the boy and started hiting him.

When the boy reported the incident to the SARS policemen in Markurdi, Samuel was then arrested and brutally tortured but on noticing that the deceased health was deteriorating, they alerted his family members and was rushed to the hospital.

However, he gave up the ghost. The matter has been further reported to the police and is currently being investigated. The family wants justification for their son's death
