American singer, Nicole Scherzinger, who is formerly the lead singer of award winning girl group pussycat Dolls has shared her experience in Kenya in November 2015 for charity, describing it as
traumatizing experiences in the slums of Dagoretti area of Nairobi, Kenya.She was said to be in the country, unknown to many, for the shooting of a film in which she makes an appeal on behalf of UNICEF.
The singer admitted that she was at first very scared to go into the slums but with social worker, the UNICEF as her guide, she gained confidence.
''They dropped me off outside a slum and i was like, wait; i have to get out of the van? And go into that? Are you serious? Nicole was quoted in the report.
