The police force has finally caught one of the dangerous rapist and cult member in Isolo area, Lagos state. Waisu had terrorised Isolo and Ilasamaja area in Lagos for a very long time before he was
apprehended during the weekend. According to one of the resident, Waisu has been a known rapist, describes the incident about four months ago where he allegedly raped a 14 year old girl. ''He locked up the girl in his room from 9.00a.m. to
8.00p.m., while the girl was repeatedly beaten and raped before she was later
released."
He was arrested by operatives of Ilasa Division, following a
series of complaints from concerned residents. Confirming the news, Lagos
Police spokesman, Dolapo Badmos, said: “He’s been arrested and detained for
rape. He is currently undergoing interrogation with our gender desk unit. I can
assure you he would be prosecuted in court.”
Isolo residents jubilate as their worst nightmare has been erased from their community.
