The Federal
High Court of Abuja division has granted Robert Azibaola and his wife N500m
bail today. Trail Justice Nnamdi Dimgba, ordered them to produce two sureties
in like sum
.
The sureties
must be owners of landed properties within the Asokoro District of Abuja and
must present evidence of payment of income tax. They're then directed to be
remanded at Kuje Prison, pending the fulfilment of the bail conditions.
