Highway overpass collapsed onto an expressway!

A section of a highway overpass has collapsed onto an expressway in Oklahoma City after it was struck by a semi-truck. According to the city's fire department, a truck driving on the

Northwest Expressway hit the bridge, causing a portion of it to collapse.
The semi-truck driver told investigators that he had already passed under the bridge heading eastbound and assumed he would be able to pass when he returned on the westbound side. There is a height difference of four inches from the eastbound lanes and westbound lanes; 14'8'' to 14'4'' respectively
The semi-truck and its driver were trapped under the debris, but police said he didn't get injured. All lanes of the Expressway were immediately shut down.

Engineers are evaluating the damage to the bridge and investigations are still going on to ascertain the cause.
