The police arrested one Monday Imande, a HIV positive, for
forcefully grabbing and raping the 6 year old in Asaba, Delta state. The little
girl, Osiagboro was sent on an errand by her grandfather
when she was molested
by the man.
Meanwhile, Police Public Relations Officer, Celestina Kalu,
confirmed the incident and said Imande would be made to face the full weight of
the law. When asked about the motive behind his actions, Imande blamed the
devil for his action, as he pleads guilty.
