President Muhammed Buhari has appointed another southerner ACP Chukwueme Obinna as his new Chief security officer. President Buhari continues to humble his die-hard critics with his actions as he
appoint anyone he sees as very competent to do the job and deliver in order to bring a total change to the country. Today, most areas of the economy - NNPC, FIRS, NIMASA, Power, Works, Housing, Budget - are all handled by people from the Southern part of Nigeria.
