Dr. Bartum Kulah, a US based had publicly accused his wife, Clarice Ford Kulah, of having an affair with the Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker last month of which the wife publicly reacted to deny the
allegation. Now the husband has taken a U-turn as he comes out to apologize to his wife and Van Vicker for coming out public with such accusation without any proof.
